Harriet has joined us to head up the Construction division of Blackstone Waterhouse where she brings to the practice a large amount of experience in advising mining companies, banks and construction companies on a wide range of litigious and non litigious matters.

Harriet has extensive experience in litigating large matters including arbitrations and mediations as well as high volume small matters such as property litigation, debt recovery and winding up applications. Harriet has a particular interest in the use of technology and its impact on litigation.
In addition, Harriet advises clients with regard to corporate structures and funding, particularly start up ventures and not for profit companies. She has participated in the structuring of numerous community organisations and has also been instrumental in the management of a number of pro bono matters on behalf of a number of charitable organisations.
